中学校ＥＳＳにスペシャルゲストが来てくれました！

We had two special guests on August 27, 2015.
We welcomed them to our ESS club!!!

Saori & Mathilda, Thanks for coming!!!

この日はゲストが来ているということで、いつもより盛況のＥＳＳ。
自己紹介ののち、質問コーナー！どのように英語を習得したか、
Mathildaの母国フランスについて、日本のどこを訪れたか、
フランスのオススメの映画など、聞きたいことが次々と出てきて
あっという間の１時間でした☆

We had more students than usual thanks to Saori and Mathilda.
After the self-introduction, we asked some questions.
How did you learn English? Where have you been in Japan?
What is your favorite movie in France? and so on…
There were so many good questions that we couldn’t ask all of them in an hour.

フランスに興味があってフランス語を勉強中の人も、
英語を始めて間もない中学１年生も、たまたま通りかかった
高校生も、みんなで英語を使ったコミュニケーションを
楽しめましたね☆　合計１５人もの参加は、
ＥＳＳ始まって以来の最高人数ではないでしょうか！？

We had 15 students today. It was the most ever!
We want to thank you to all the students who study French by themselves, students who began learning English a couple of months ago, 1^st year students, high school students who were passing by the classroom, and joined by chance.
We really enjoyed talking in English. 

普段の授業ではなかなか経験できない、実践的な英語力が
試されましたね！すらすら英語を話していた２人ですが、
実は２人とも外国語として英語を習得したEnglish Speakerです。
中高生のころはみなさんと同じような環境で英語を勉強していました。

大学で英語を学びたい、留学をしたいという夢を実現させ、
英語を話せるようになったお二人と話せたことは、
良い経験になったのではないでしょうか。
みなさんも、「話せるようになりたい！」と思っていれば、
きっとこのお二人のように難なく英語を話せるようになりますよ^^

It was a wonderful time using practical English, which we rarely learn during regular classes.
Both of the guests spoke English so fluently, but actually they also learned English as a foreign language.
They told us that they studied English just as like as us when they were junior high school students.

 Their dreams were to go abroad, to learn English in university.
They made their dreams come true.
If you really think “I want to speak English”, your dreams will come true like them!
